This sauce has an intensive aroma of beef and onion, rosmary and cloves, and evokes memories of Sunday lunch with grandmother.

The roast sauce is ideal for mashed potato with gravy, roast pork neck and other meat dishes.

Tip: Refine the flavour with rosemary and a dash of balsamico.

Preparation
Dissolve 2 tablespoons (30g) into 300ml of cold water and simmer for 5 min. stirring occasionally.
