Pesto Piccante — seasoning mix with paprika and cayenne pepper
Paprika, cayenne pepper, tomato, sea salt and olive oil are sure to tickle the tongue. Stirred in water, it produces a paste with Mediterranean temperament.
The piquant pesto mix creates verve in sauces and vegetables - or on a quickly prepared bruschetta.
Tip: Stirred in tomato sauce, this creates the typical Italian sauce all'Arrabiata. Mexico fans can also use the pesto with dried tomatoes, raw ham (pata negra), butter and bread for tapas.

Preparation
Preparation for 2 portions of bruschetta: Mix 2 heaped tablespoons of
Pesto Piccante (15 g) with 2 tablespoons of olive oil (20 g) and 3 tablespoons
of water (30g). Let it steep for about 5 min., then spread on toasted bread.
Ingredients
Dried tomato powder and pieces 27%, potato starch, palm fat
and vegetable oil, dried herbs and spices 13% (paprika 3,4%, freeze-dried
basil, oregano, white pepper, cayenne pepper and others), sea salt 7%, dried
onions, modified starch, spinach powder. Without preservatives according to
law and without flavour enhancing additives.
Storage
Keep tin tightly closed. Keep away from heat and humidity.
