Sauce Café de Paris — tasty sauce with many herbs
The powder, containing spices, white wine and herbs such as lovage, tarragon and mustard, is soluble in cold milk, and produces a classic sauce. Those who love the taste of herbs cannot do without this!
The delicate sauce is the ideal accompaniment for white and red meat, grilled meats, mushroom dishes and pasta - and entrecôtes simply wouldn't be the same without it.
Tip: Mix the powder with butter and a little cognac - and voila, you will have your own delicious herb butte.

Preparation
for approx. 2 portions: Mix 2 tablespoons of powder (20 g)
into 200 ml of cold milk and bring to a quick boil, stirring constantly.
Simmer for 1 min. stirring occasionally.

Maize starch, spices and dried herbs 13% (paprika, garlic, onions,
oregano, lovage, tarragon, mustard, parsley a.o.), iod. table salt, vegetable oil and
fat, lactose, wheat flour, maltodextrin, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate),
yeast extract, white wine powder, milk protein, acid (citric acid), thickener (guar
gum), hydrolyzed plant protein (soy), sugar, flavour. Without preservatives
according to law.
Storage
Keep tin tightly closed. Protect powder from heat and humidity.
