Preparation
For a good coffee, fresh and hot (not boiling) water should be used. For each cup of coffee, 8 g of coffee is normally used. If the coffee seems "thin", the beans might not have been ground finely enough. If the coffee seems too "tangy", the beans might have been ground too finely.
Ingredients
100% arabica coffee (santos varieties from Brazil, highland Costa-Rica, Medellin coffee from Columbia).
Storage
Keep tin tightly closed. Protect the beans from heat and humidity.
