Salade Dijonnaise — seasoning mix for mustard salad dressings

An exceptional meal requires exceptional seasoning. Salade Dijonnais with brown and yellow mustard, garlic, yoghurt, sea salt and olive oil creates a thickened and mildly piquant sauce that tickles the palate. Tastes as if it was made by a professional chef, yet is easy to prepare!

Preparation
Preparation for 2 portions:
Mix 1 tablespoon of Salade Dijonnaise (10g)
2 tablespoons (20g) of water
1 tablespoon (10g) of vinegar and 2 tablespoons (20g) of oil.

Tip: Use OSWALD Balsamico Bianco to substitute ¹⁄³ or more of the vinegar.

Ingredients
Spices 39% (ground brown and yellow mustard 17%, onions, garlic, white pepper, turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, marjoram, lovage root, oregano), low-fat yogurt and skimmed milk powder, sea salt 12%, sugar, maltodextrine, yeast extract, olive oil extra vergine 3%, flavour, anti-caking agent (silicium dioxide), thickener (xanthan gum). Without preservatives according to law and without flavour enhancing additives.
