Green Pepper Sauce — classy sauce with whole peppercorns
Pepper sauce is the right choice when it comes to exciting the tastebuds. The powder, containing whole peppercorns, is soluble in cold milk - which is all it takes to produce a tasty and mildly hot sauce.
The sauce transforms roast or grilled red meat into a symphony of flavours! Pasta and grilled pork steaks are lent an agreeable spiciness.

Preparation
Mix 2 tablespoons
of powder (30g) into 300ml of cold milk and bring to a quick boil, stirring
occasionally. Simmer for 5min. stirring occasionally. The sauce can be refined with
cream or cognac.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, maltodextrin, spices (freeze-dried green pepper and
white pepper 6.5%, onions a.o.), flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), iod.
table salt, hydrolyzed plant protein (soy), maize starch, yeast extract, vegetable oil,
acid (citric acid), aroma. Without preservatives according to law.
Storage
Keep tin tightly closed. Keep powder away from heat and humidity.
