Preparation
for 2 portions: Mix 1 tablespoon of Insalata Romana (10 g) with
1.5 tablespoons of vinegar (15 g, e.g. Aceto Balsamico) and 4 tablespoons
of oil (40 g, e.g. olive oil).
Ingredients
Spices 29% (onions, garlic, mustard powder, white pepper
a.o.), maltodextrin, sea salt 21%, sugar, dried herbs 8% (oregano, basil,
parsley, thyme a.o.), yeast extract, olive oil extra vergine 1.3%, anti-caking
agent (silicium dioxide). Without preservatives according to law and without
flavour enhancing additives.
Storage
Keep tin tightly closed. Keep powder away from heat and humidity.
