Clear Gravy Sauce — clear roast jus with mild roast aromas
Why not serve a roast jus for a change? The paste with beef extract, onion, paprika and rosmary, which is soluble in hot water, conveys delicate roast flavours onto the plate.
The roast jus underscores the flavour of cuts of meat such as steaks, and lends sauces a special flair.
Tip: Simply mix a little paste with butter - and create a savoury spread for bread or toast.

Preparation
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of paste (10 g) into
100 ml of hot water and bring to a boil. Can also be
used as seasoning or added to other gravies. Simply
mix with the already prepared gravy.
Ingredients
Vegetable fat and oil, flavour enhancer
(monosodium glutamate), lactose, modified starch,
iodized table salt, hydrolyzed plant protein (soy), meat
extract, yeast extract, spices (onions a.o.), colouring
agent (E 150 c). Without preservatives according to
law.
Storage
Keep tin tightly closed. Protect paste from
heat.
