The seasoning mix is simply perfect for an especially delicate potato gratin. At the same time, however, it is also ideal for seasoning pasta, vegetable and all other gratins.

Preparation
Place raw potatoes which have been cut into strips - or blanched or thawed vegetables - in layers in a greased, oven-proof dish. Add water and milk to mix for gratin, and leave standing for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture over the potatoes or vegetables. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in the middle of the pre-heated oven at 200°C (convection oven 175°C) for approx. 35 minutes until golden brown.
