Preparation
1. Add luke-warm water to mix for meatballs, add meat and knead the mixture well. 2. Shape the meat into meatballs of the required size. 3. Briefly sauté the meatballs in a pan with a little oil. 4. Cook the meatballs thoroughly in the oven at 175°C (convection oven 150°C) for approx. 30 minutes.
