Morel Sauce — fine sauce with morel mushrooms

Fine morel mushrooms - not just in the autumn! The powder, containing chopped morel mushrooms, is soluble in cold milk, and produces a sauce with a delicate morel aroma in seconds.

The delicate flavour harmonises particularly well with veal, filets and pasta of all kinds. Become a gourmet and lend your veal medallions a touch of exclusivity.

Tip: The sauce can quickly be refined with a little cognac.

Preparation
Mix 2 tablespoons of powder (30g) into 300ml of cold milk and bring to a boil, stirring continuously with a whisk. Simmer for 7-10min. stirring occasionally. Refine with cream or cognac if desired.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, dried morels 15%, maize starch, lactose, iod. table salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), mod. potato starch, maltodextrin, vegetable oil, hydrolyzed plant protein (soy), yeast extract, spices, aroma. Without preservatives according to law.
