Preparation
For 4 portions: Whisk 2 dl (200 ml) milk and 7 level tablespoons (100 g) of powder with mixer (whisk) for approx 3 minutes. Leave to cool in the fridge for approx. 2 hours. Tip: if left to cool in fridge in small bowls, the mousse will be ready for serving after only 30 minutes.

Sugar, fructose, low-fat cacao (14%), glucose syrup powder, hardened vegetable fat (palm kernel), whey and milk protein, gelatine, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of edible fatty acids = E471, acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of edible fatty acids = E472a), stabiliser (potassium phosphate = E340)
