Bread crumbs with seasoning. For breaded chops, cutlets, cordon-bleu, fish fillets, no adding of spices necessary. Also suitable for sprinkling on pasta, boiled potatoes and vegetables.

To coat:

Roll the meat into the flour, dip into beaten egg, roll into the bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
