Preparation
Add 3 level tablespoons (55g) of powder to 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk and 250 ml of cream, and bring to the boil while stirring. Pour into moulds, cover and leave to cool for 3-4 hours.
Ingredients
Sugar, maize starch, fructose, thickening agent (carrageen = E407, carob bean gum = E410), flavours natural-identical and natural (vanillin, cream)
