With mozzarella, blue mould cheese, soft cheese, cream and nutmeg, the creamy sauce is the apogee of pleasure for all cheese fans. The powder is soluble in cold milk, and has a delicious blue mould cheese aroma.

Preparation
Add 3 tablespoons (33 g) of powder in 3 dl (300 ml) of cold milk
and bring to a boil while stirring continuously.
Ingredients
Cheese powder (mozzarella 23%, blue cheese 2%), wheat flour, maize starch,
lactose, iod. table salt, skimmed milk powder, flavouring, yeast extract, whey powder, spices
(onion a.o.), spices (garlic, turmeric, white pepper, nutmeg), cream powder, vegetable oil,
stabilisers (E339, E331ii), maltodextrin, colouring (paprik extract), dried parsley. Without
flavour enhancing additives and without preservatives according to law.
Storage
Keep tin tightly closed. Protect powder from heat and humidity.
