Salsa Pomodoro Salerno — quick tomato sauce with garlic
For epicurians in a hurry, the salsa with delicate tomato and garlic flavour is hugely popular. The powder with tomatoes, garlic, basil, sea salt and olive oil is soluble in warm and cold water - in an instant!
The sauce is unbeatable for all Italian and Mediterranean dishes: Pizza, pasta, vegetables, spaghetti with piccata − or simply for seasoning and refining.

Preparation
for 2 portions: Bring 200 ml of water to a boil, take away from
heat and dissolve 2 lightly heaped tablespoons of Salsa Pomodoro (26 g).
Sauce needs no further cooking.
Ingredients
Tomato powder and dried pieces 65%, mod. potato starch
and potato starch, sea salt 9.7%, dried and freeze-dried garlic, dried and
freeze-dried onions, spring onions and shallots, sugar, olive oil extra vergine
2.2%, dried and freeze-dried herbs, spice. Without preservatives according
to law and without flavour enhancing additives.
Storage
Keep tin tightly closed. Keep powder away from heat and humidity.
