Salsa all’arrabbiata — medium-hot salsa with dried tomatoes
Epicurians in a hurry will simply love this medium-hot salsa: Dried tomatoes, cayenne pepper, oregano and basil combine to create a ready-to-use and excellent paste that will tickle the palates of young and old alike.
Rice dishes and pasta − for example the always popular Penne all'Arrabbiata − are just waiting to be pampered by this salsa. It is also perfect for seasoning other sauces.
Tip: The salsa can simply be "extended" with milk.

Preparation
Cook 400 g raw pasta in slightly salted water until al dente, drain and mix thoroughly with 4 heaped tablespoons (80 g) of salsa all’arabbiata.
