Preparation
Add 5 level measuring spoons (50 g) of powder to 2 dl (200 ml) of milk, and whip with the mixer until a compact mass results. The key to perfect instant whip is the milk (fridge temperature, approx. 6 degrees). Do not use raw milk.

Hardened vegetable fat (coconut), glucose syrup powder, fructose, milk protein, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of edible fatty acids = E471, vinegar esters of mono and diglycerides of edible fatty acids = E472a, lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of edible fatty acids = E472b) stabiliser (potassium phosphate = E340), colouring (beta-carotene = E160a (soya), riboflavin-5‘-phosphate = E101)
