Preparation
Gently heat 8 dl (800 ml) of milk for
crème or 5 dl (500 ml) of milk for pudding. Add
5 table spoons (100 g) of powder and bring to the
boil while stirring continuously. Cover and leave to
cool in a bowl or mould. Crème: Stir before serving.
Ingredients
Sugar, maize starch, glucose, thickener
(carrageenan, carob bean gum), flavouring (vanillin),
colouring (ß-carotene, E 101 (soya)).
Storage
Keep tin tightly closed. Keep powder away
from heat and humidity.
