White Sauce — thickened basic white sauce
Thanks to its versatility, the White Sauce from Oswald belongs in every well-run kitchen. The paste with milk, onions, nutmeg and pepper is easily soluble in cold and hot milk - for a delicately thickened and smooth sauce.
The white sauce is ideal as a basic sauce for every occasion. It can also be used like a sauce béchamel.

Preparation
Dissolve 2 heaped tablespoons (60g) into 500 ml of hot milk and briefly simmer, stirring continuously.
Ingredients
Maize starch, vegetable fat, wheat flour, vegetable oil, skimmed milk powder, iod. table salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), spices (onions etc.), thickener (guar gum), acid (citric acid). Without preservatives according to law.
Storage
Keep tin tightly closed. Protect paste from heat.
