Fleur de sel is distinguished by its crunchy consistency and mild salty taste and is also called the queen of the salts. It develops on the surface of the water in the salt pans of the Camargue and is carefully harvested by hand.
The Fleur de Sel Trio combines three varieties:
Fleur de Sel (80 g): Pure fleur de sel from the Camargue with a beautiful white colour and a mild taste. Ideal for seasoning any dishes.
Fleur de Sel with Garlic (80 g): Fleur de sel complemented by roasted garlic, ideal for seasoning and refining many dishes such as vegetables, salads, meat dishes and seafood.
Fleur de Sel Méditerranée (80 g): Fleur de sel with dried tomatoes and herbs, ideal for seasoning and refining many dishes such as vegetables, salads and Mediterranean food.
