And what glorious mustards they are! The coarse-grained Local Treasures Organic Mustard with Alpine Herbs combines mustard grains from Zurich, Aargau and Romandy for a full-flavour sensation. Despite its intensity, the mustard is not too sharp and has an unexpected aromatic note created by the fresh herbs. It’s perfect for all kinds of meat dishes and equally good with lighter bites: goat’s cheese, spread on bread, with fish or salad. And the best thing about it?
