Sugar, wheat flour, low-fat cocoa powder 8%, wheat starch, dark chocolate 5.3% [sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, dextrose, emulsifier (soy lecithin)], lactose, emulsifiers (mono- und diglycerides of dish fatty acids, lactit acid of mono and diglycerides of dish fatty acids, polyglycerinester of dish fatty acids), raising agent (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), gluten (wheat), thickener (xanthan), skimmed milk powder, iod. table salt, flavouring, turmeric extract.
For 1 cake (25 cm): Preheat oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Pour baking mix in a bowl. Add eggs, butter and water and stir with a whisk for 2 min. until the mix has been turned into smooth dough. Put the dought in a greased cake tin dusted with flour. Bake the cake on the lowest rung of the oven for approx. 55 min.
