Ingredients Creamy champignon sauceSauce

Maize starch, cream powder 14%, rapeseed oil, freeze-dried mushrooms 13.7%, iod. table salt, skimmed milk powder, white wine powder (maltodextrin, flavourings),
flavourings (wheat), maltodextrin, wheat flour, mushroom juice powder 2.5%, yeast extract, sunflower oil, white pepper.

Preparation

For 2 portions: 3.5 OM powder (22 g) into 200 ml cold milk (e.g. partly skimmed) and bring to quick boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 1 min. Stirring occasionally.
