How to prepare the Chocolat Dessert from Oswald’s Desserts:

For 2 portions of cream, warm 230ml of milk (e.g. semi-skimmed), add 1.5 tablespoons of powder (30g) and continuously stir until boiling. Once boiled, allow to cool in a covered container. When cooled, stir until the pudding turns to a cream. For 2 portions of pudding, use the same preparation method as for the cream but with 140ml of milk. Once the pudding is cooled, remove from container and serve without stirring.
