How to prepare the Classic Cake Dessert from Oswald’s Desserts:

For 1 cake (25cm), preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C). Pour the baking mix into a bowl and add 3 eggs, 160g of soft butter and 100g of water. Stir with a whisk for 2 minutes until the mix has been turned into smooth dough. Place the dough in a greased cake tin, dusted with flour. Bake the cake on the lowest rung of the oven for 55 minutes. Allow the cake to stand and cool for a short while before enjoying.
