How to prepare the Muffins for Dessert from Oswald’s Desserts:
For 6 muffins, preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C). Pour 300g of baking mix into a bowl, adding 110ml of neutral flavoured oil (e.g. rapeseed oil) and 110ml of water. Stir the mixture with a whisk for 2 minutes until the mix has been turned into smooth dough. Fill the 6 baking cups so that they are ¾ full and bake the muffins on the second-lowest tray of the oven for approximately 25 minutes.
