How to prepare the Panna Cotta Set for Desserts from Oswald’s Desserts:
For 2 portions, mix 1.5 tablespoons of powder (27g) to 125 ml of milk (e.g. semi-skimmed) and 125 ml of cream and bring to the boil while stirring. Pour the mixture into moulds, cover and leave to cool for 3-4 hours. Once ready, drizzle the Blueberry Dessert Topping over the top of the Panna Cotta Dessert and serve cold.
