Sugar (Switzerland), glucose, maize starch, thickener (carrageenan = E407, carob bean gum = E410), flavouring, maltodextrin, colour (riboflavin-5'phosphate = E101, beta-carotene = E160a).

Preparation

For 7 port. cream:
Warm 800 ml of milk (e.g. partly skimmed), add 5 tablespoons of powder (100 g) and have come under permanently stiring to the boil. Having cooled off covered up in a bowl, then raking up before serving.
For 7 port. pudding:
The same preparation as the cream but with 500 ml milk and not raking up after cooling off any more.
