Ingredients Flan Dessert

Ingredients: Sugar, thickeners (carrageenan, locust bean gum), glucose syrup powder, maltodextrin, coconut fat, rapeseed oil, flavours, emulsifier (E472b), milk protein, colouring agents (E101, beta-carotene).


Preparation for 2 servings: Add 1 heaped OM powder (22 g) to 200 ml warm milk (e.g. semi-skimmed) and bring to the boil while stirring. Then place in moulds, cover and leave to cool for 3-4 hours. For caramel heads, fill the moulds with caramel topping beforehand. 1 OM = 1 Oswald measuring spoon = approx. 1 tablespoon.
