Sugar, thickener (carrageenan = E407, carob bean gum = E410), glucose syrup powder, maltodextrin, fully hydrogenated palm fat, rapeseed oil, flavourings, emulsifiers (mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids = E471, acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids = E472a), milk protein, colour (riboflavin-5’phosphat = E101, beta-carotin = E160a).


For 2 portions: Cover the base of the form with caramel sauce. Heat 250 ml milk (e.g. partly skimmed), add 1.5 tablespoons of powder (27 g) to the warm milk and simmer while stiring. Then pour into the forms, cover and leave to cool for approx. 3 hours. Tip the caramel puddings from the form onto a plate.
