Ingredients Mix for bami & nasi gorengSaucenpulver

Dried vegetables 36% (tomatoes 16.5%, carottes, green peas, onions, bamboo shoots),maltodextrin, spices 13% (coriander, cumin, white and black pepper, anise, cinnamon, fennel, ginger, lovage, cayenne pepper, pimenta), iod. table salt, seasoning (soy), sugar, dried mushrooms 3.8% (judas's ear fungus 3.3%, shiitake 0.5%), rapeseed- and sunflower oil, table salt, soy sauce (soy beans, wheat), yeast extract.

Preparation

Ingredients for 2 persons:
250 g meat (f. ex. chicken), 50 g Mix for Bami & Nasi goreng
for Bami Goreng: 300 ml water, 150 g noodles
for Nasi Goreng: 500 ml water, 150 g rice

Preparation:
Sauté the meat cubes in a pan in hot oil, then sprinkle mix for bami & nasi goreng over the meat.

Bami Goreng: add water and boil for approx. 10 min. Boil noodles in salt water until al dente, then add to the sauce and briefly heat up together.
Nasi Goreng: place water and rice in the pan, and simmer for approx. 25 min.
