Ingredients Mix for Gratin

Mod. starch, iod. table salt, dried onions, milk protein, wheat flour, maltodextrin, whole egg powder (deep litter), rapeseed and sunflower oil, seasoning (soy), stabiliser (tetra sodium diphosphate = E450), spices (garlic 1%, white pepper, turmeric, cayenne pepper), yeast extract, sugar, thickener (guar gum = E412, xanthan gum = E415), table salt.

Preparation

Ingredients for 2 portions:
2 tablespoons paste (33 g), 500 g raw peeled potatoes or  450 g vegetables, 250 ml milk, 200 ml water, 50-100 g grated cheese


Preparation
1. Place raw potatoes which have been cut into strips or the vegetables in layers in a greased, oven-safe gratin dish.
2. Add water and milk to mix for gratin, and leave standing for 5 min. Pour the mixture over the potatoes or vegetables.
3. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
4. Bake in the middle of the pre-heated oven at 200°C (convection oven 175°C) for approx. 35 min. until golden brown.
