Ingredients Mix for meatballs

Wheat flour, dried onions pieces and powder 23%, spices 10% (paprika 4.5%, mustard, garlic a.o.), iod. table salt, rapeseed and sunflower oil, flavourings (soy), dried herbs 3% (parsley a.o.), seasoning (soy), yeast extract, table salt, yeast.

Preparation

For 2 portions: 4 tablespoons mix for meatballs (50 g), 300 g ground meet, 100 ml luke-warm water

Preparation
1. Mix the luke-warm water with the mix for meatballs, add meat and stir well. 
2. Shape the meat into meatballs of the desired size.
3. Briefly sauté the meatballs in a pan with a little oil.
4. Roast the meatballs thoroughly in pre-head oven at 175°C (convection oven 150°C) for approx. 30 min.
