Sugar, wheat flour, emulsifiers (mono- und diglycerides of dish fatty acids = E471), whole egg powder (deep litter), egg white powder (deep litter), raising agent (diphosphates = E450, sodium carbonates = E500), skimmed milk powder, palm fat, thickener (xanthan = E415), table salt, flavouring.

Preparation

For 6 muffins: Preheat oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Pour 300 g baking mix into a bowl, add 110 g neutral flavour oil (e.g. rapeseed oil) and 110 g water. Stir with a whisk for 2 min. until the mix has been turned into smooth dough. Fill the dough to a level of no more than three quarters in 6 baking cups and bake teh muffins on the second-lowest rung of the oven for approx. 25 min.
