Ingredients Panna CottaDessert powder

Sugar (Switzerland), maize starch, thickener (carrageena, carob bean gum), glucose, maltodextrin, flavours.


For 2 portions: Add 1.5 tablespoons of powder (27 g) to 125 ml of milk (e.g. partly skimmed) and 125 ml of cream and bring to the boil while stirring. Pour into moulds, cover and leave to cool for 3-4 hours.
