How to cook the Carbonara Sauce from Oswald’s Sauces:

For 2 portions, add 2 tablespoons of powder (20g) into 200ml of cold milk (e.g. partly skimmed) and bring it to the boil. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. To strengthen the flavour, increase the amount of powder used or alternatively, to weaken the mixture, add more milk.
