How to cook the Creamy Pepper Sauce from Oswald’s Sauces:

For 2 portions, dissolve 1 1/2 tablespoon of powder (20g) into 200 ml of cold milk (e.g. partly skimmed). Bring to a boil and allow it to simmer on low heat for 1 min. stirring continuously. To strengthen the flavour, increase the amount of powder used or alternatively, to weaken the mixture, add more milk.
