How to cook the Curry Sauce from Oswald’s Sauces:
When cooking Oswald’s Curry Sauce for 2 portions, all you need to do is dissolve 2 tablespoons of powder (22g) into 200ml of cold milk and bring it to the boil. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes whilst stirring continuously, before serving. You can adjust the strength of the flavour by changing the amount of powder used.
