How to cook the Green Pepper Sauce from Oswald’s Sauces:
For 2 portions, mix 2 tablespoons of powder (20g) into 200 ml of cold milk (e.g. partly skimmed) and bring to a quick boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 5 min, stirring occasionally. To strengthen the flavour, increase the amount of powder used or alternatively, to weaken the mixture, add more milk.
