How to cook the Hearty Cheese Sauce from Oswald’s Sauces:

For 2 portions, add 2 tablespoons of powder (22g) into 200ml of cold milk (e.g. partly skimmed) and bring it to the boil while stirring continuously. To strengthen the flavour, increase the amount of powder used or alternatively, to weaken the mixture, add more milk.
