For 200ml of sauce, melt 33g of butter, add 2 tablespoons of powder (20g) and stir well. Add 170ml of cold milk and bring it to the boil while stirring continuously. To strengthen the flavour, increase the amount of powder used or alternatively, to weaken the mixture, add more milk.
