How to cook the Madras Curry Sauce PJ from Oswald’s Sauces:

For 2 portions of the sauce, add 1.5 tablespoons of powder (20g) to 200 ml of cold milk (e.g. semi-skimmed) and bring to the boil while stirring. Continue boiling for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. To strengthen the flavour, increase the amount of powder used or alternatively, to weaken the mixture, add more milk.
