Fine morel mushrooms - not just in the autumn! The powder to cook, containing chopped morel mushrooms, produces a sauce with a delicate morel flavour in seconds.
The cooked morel sauce is perfect with veal, beef filets and pasta.
The cooked sauce can quickly be refined with a little cognac.
For 2 portions: Dissolve 2 tablespoons of powder (20 g) into 200 ml of cold milk (e.g. partly skimmed) and bring it to the boil, stirring continuously with a whisk. Let it simmer for 7-10 min. stirring occasionally.
