How to cook the Red Wine Sauce from Oswald’s Sauces:

For 2 portions, add 2 tablespoons of powder (24g) to 200 ml of cold water and bring it to the boil while stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 1 min., stirring occasionally before serving over your dish. To strengthen the flavour, increase the amount of powder used or alternatively, to weaken the mixture, add more hot water.

The Red Wine Sauce contains wheat flour, flavourings (wheat, soy), maize starch, maltodextrin, spices (onions a.o.), rapeseed and sunflower oil, tomato powder, seasoning (soy), iod. table salt, sugar, yeast extract, beetroot powder, colouring (E150c), table salt, red wine and white wine extract 0.2%, acid (citric acid).
