How to cook the Roast Sauce Special from Oswald’s Sauces:
To cook the Roast Sauce Special for 2 portions, you should dissolve 1 ½ tablespoons (20g) powder into 200ml of cold water bring it to the boil while stirring constantly. Allow it to simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes whilst stirring occasionally. Adjust the amount of powder used for a stronger or weaker flavour. Once prepared, serve hot.
