With this fine sauce containing saffron threads, you can make every day a special day. Spoil yourself with Oswald’s fine Saffron Sauce and never miss out on a fabulous flavour. Simply add this powder with saffron threads and saffron powder, sea salt and olive oil to cold milk and bring it to a boil. This product is produced in Switzerland.


How to cook the Saffron Sauce from Oswald’s Sauces:

For 2 portions, dissolve 1 ½ level tablespoons of powder (18g) in 200 ml of cold milk (e.g. partly skimmed) and bring to it to the boil while stirring continuously. To strengthen the flavour, increase the amount of powder used or alternatively, to weaken the mixture, add more milk.


The Saffron Sauce contains:

The Saffron Sauce contains maize starch, maltodextrine, sea salt 9.6%, milk protein, olive oil, wheat flour, yeast extract,  whole egg powder (deep litter), palm fat, lactose, onion powder, table salt, thickener (guar gum), acid (citric acid), saffron 0.55% (threads v.34% and powder 0.21%), flavouring (milk), pepper extract.
