How to cook the White Sauce from Oswald’s Sauces:
For 2 portions, dissolve 1 tablespoon of paste (24g) into 200ml of hot milk (e.g. partly skimmed) and briefly simmer, stirring continuously. To strengthen the flavour, increase the amount of paste used or alternatively, to weaken the mixture, add more milk.
