How to use the Gratin Seasoning Mix from Oswald:

Place raw potatoes or vegetables which have been chopped well into a greased, oven-safe gratin dish. Add water and milk to the seasoning mixture, and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Next, pour the mixture over the potatoes or vegetables. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the dish and bake in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 200°C (Fan 175°C) for approx. 35 min. until golden brown.

Gratin Seasoning Mix, 250g, contains mod. starch, iod. table salt, dried onions, milk protein, wheat flour, maltodextrin, whole egg powder (deep litter), rapeseed and sunflower oil, seasoning (soy), stabiliser (tetra sodium diphosphate = E450), spices (garlic 1%, white pepper, turmeric, cayenne pepper), yeast extract, sugar, thickener (guar gum = E412, xanthan gum = E415), table salt.
