How to cook the Cream of Boletus Soup from Oswald’s Soups:

For 2 portions, mix 3.5 tablespoons of powder (40g) into 500ml of cold water and bring it to the boil while stirring constantly. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes whilst continuing to stir occasionally. To strengthen the flavour, use more powder or alternatively, to weaken the flavour, add some additional water.
